Your shoppers’ money goes straight into your own Whop balance. We never hold it. We never save your card. Our fees are added up into one monthly bill that you pay on our Whop checkout page.
First $1,000 of sales fee-free
Every store keeps its first $1,000 of sales free of CheckoutFlare’s usage fee.
Extra stores $15/month each
Your priciest store pays its plan price. Every other store on Growth or Scale costs $15 a month instead. Scale already covers 3 stores. Stores can share one Whop account.
How you are billed
- All plans are billed monthly.
- Starter is instant and needs no payment. Growth and Scale are a monthly subscription you pay on our Whop checkout page (a secure Whop payment page). Whop renews it every month, and you can cancel any time from Plan & billing. You keep the plan until the end of the paid month.
- On the 1st of each month we add up last month’s usage fees and any extra stores into one bill. You get an email and a Pay button in your dashboard that opens our Whop checkout page.
- If the total is under $10, it rolls over to next month instead.
- Plan changes take effect immediately. One subscription per login covers its highest plan. The plan price is for each calendar month a store spends on Growth or Scale. If a store held more than one paid plan in a month, the highest price applies. The first month on a paid plan is prorated by day.
- If a bill is still unpaid 14 days later, your live CheckoutFlare checkout pauses and shoppers use your normal Shopify checkout until you pay. No sales are lost.
- Usage fees apply to live payments, including shipping and accepted upsells. Test orders are free.

What you pay Whop
Card processing is separate, and it’s paid to Whop.
CheckoutFlare doesn’t take a cut of Whop’s processing fees and Whop doesn’t take ours. You see both. Rates are set by Whop and can differ for your account, so check your Whop dashboard.
Your Shopify subscription is also separate, and is billed by Shopify.

Do I really pay $0 until I sell?
Yes. Starter has no monthly fee. The 1% usage fee only applies to live payments, so if there are no sales there is nothing to pay. Your first $1,000 of sales on each store are fee-free. You do not need a card. You just pick a plan (Starter or higher) as part of setup before you go live.
How do I pay CheckoutFlare?
We never save or charge your card. Starter is instant and needs no payment. Growth and Scale are a monthly subscription that you pay on our Whop checkout page (a secure Whop payment page). Whop renews it every month. One subscription for your login covers its highest plan. On the 1st of each month we add up last month’s usage fees and any extra stores into one bill. You get an email and a Pay button in your dashboard that opens our Whop checkout page. If the total is under $10, it rolls over to the next month instead. Money from your shoppers goes straight to your own Whop balance, never through us.
What do I pay Whop?
Whop charges its own processing rates to your Whop account. At the time of writing, standard rates are 2.7% + $0.30 for domestic cards, plus 1.5% for international cards and 1% for currency conversion. Those fees go to Whop, not to us, and may differ for your account. Check your Whop dashboard.
Can I switch plans whenever I want?
Yes, and the change takes effect immediately. The plan price is for each calendar month a store spends on Growth or Scale. If a store was on more than one paid plan in a month, the highest price applies. The first month a store moves to a paid plan is prorated by day from the switch.
How much are extra stores?
Extra stores are $15/month each on Growth and Scale. Scale includes 3 stores. If you have several stores on paid plans, the priciest one pays its plan price, Scale covers 2 more, and every other store costs $15/month. Stores can share one Whop account.
What if I miss a payment?
We email you when your monthly bill is ready, and you can pay it any time from Settings, Plan & billing. If the bill is still unpaid 14 days later, your live CheckoutFlare checkout pauses and shoppers use your normal Shopify checkout. Nothing is lost, and checkout turns back on automatically once you have paid.
When should I move up to Growth?
Growth becomes cheaper than Starter when your sales are around $8,000 a month. Use the calculator on this page to see the exact crossover for your sales.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel your Growth or Scale subscription in Settings, Plan & billing. You keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for, and fees you owe up to then are on your next monthly bill. Starter has no monthly fee to cancel. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
When are subscriptions available?
Subscriptions, the customer portal and failed-payment recovery are coming soon and will be part of Scale.
